We hired the Sports Rider last weekend from Dave and had an absolutely fantastic time. The boat was even better than we thought. Excellent service from the first phone call. Dave was very professional and friendly. He showed us where everything was and how to use it.
The boat was so good that we had to pry ourselves out after 8hrs on the water. We will definitely be coming back and have recommended David to all our friends.

From the outset, Scott was not only professional but one of the friendliest guys you will ever meet, a real gentleman. No question is too much trouble or too hard. Scott really knows his boats. He delivered on time, his detail to safety shows he is reputable and that he cares not only for his boats but for his customers. So hard to find these days. The boat was clean, and performed the whole day without a hitch, giving us countless hours of fun cruising and fishing.
Thanks Scott. We will definately be using BOAB again.
For those of you who may still be sitting on the fence whether to hire one of his boats I can highly recommend it and you will not have any regrets.

What a fantastic BOAB Boating experience!!!
BOAB's Jervis Bay man Scott is the BEST!! He had the BOAB Centre Cab moored at the jetty, fueled up and ready to go at 6am!!
Scott could not have been more helpful or friendly. He gave a thorough introduction to the boat, its safety features and most importantly, how they work!!!
He was happy to stay on-board for that first run out into JB - pointing out safe navigation points and answering any question we had - all with a big smile !!
We had hours of time on the water, explored most of JB and ventured outside the heads and Montague Island for a peak.
We cruised JB's beautiful beaches - anchoring up for some lunch , a spot of fishing and some snorkelling. The Centre Cab is fitted with a dive--ladder and that made it really easy to get in and out of the boat with safety.
The BOAB Centre Cab was a pleasure to navigate!!!
A great ride in some choppy conditions once the afternoon winds kicked in - the big 150 HP Honda on the back really was a great unit with lots of get-up and go - A big boy's toy for sure!!!
The family had a BOAB blast from start to finish and better still - Scott was there at the wharf, waiting to do all those jobs that have to be done to a boat and motor after a day on the salt water. It was a great way to spend a day - worth every hire-cent and we'll be back along with some friends!!!

Hired the sports-rider to use as a support boat at the Outrigging Gold Coast Cup. Dave was more than helpful with everything. The boat was in the water on time and ready to go. What a day ! We hired a Cetrecab from Scott at Jervis Bay with high expectations and Scott didn't disappoint. This guy is a real find, the boat was fully prepared and in the water waiting for us, a thorough brief and we were off and reeling in the fish almost immediately and it didn't stop until we were back at the wharf. I can't speak highly enough of Scott, nothing was a problem and he was pepared to go that extra mile to make sure we were well looked after and happy. We hired the Sportrider from Tim at Batemans Bay on the 13/01/2010. Tim's professional approach and friendly informative manner made the entire process easy. We had four families holidaying as a group and everyone from the four year old to the forty five year old up had a great time being dragged around on the ski tube. Splitting cost made it easy to afford such a great boat for a day. I am sure we will be using Boab again.

It powered along the hawkesbury brilliantly & was a pleasure to drive, sight see & fish from. Although the fishing was not so crash hot the hire of this boat made our day. its been a long time since i have experienced such wonderfull service and attention. Sean and Alyson's customer focus is second to none. The boat was fully equipped for the open sea fishing we wanted to do. Nothing was missed. Sean took me through every nook and cranny of the vessel so that by the time we hit the water we were 100% comfortable and secure.
I cannot recommend them enough. If you use these guys you will have a fantastic experience never to be forgotten.

What a fantastic day on the bay! Only gentle swells, Clear water, No wind, Sun out and 150 hp Outboard going flat out! One of the best days fishing we could have ever wished for on the Bay and out the heads at a little spot named Stoney Creek. The boat was fantastic and we even had enough time up our sleves to tow our mates broken down boat home. This is the second time we have hired the boat from Boab and it will not be our last!

I have to say, I have been wanting to take a boat out for a while and finally got the chance to do so on Saturday past. Met Mick at Akuna bay, and was shown the ropes, within 10 minutes of pulling up we were on the water. The runabout was spotless, the equipment was great and Micks services was exceptional. Brought the boat back at 3 minutes to 4 and bang on the trailor and home time it was. Had a great day and can promise I will back, THANKS MICK and the BOAB TEAM.

We hired the sportsrider out of Jervis Bay. A great setup for livebaiting saw us hook a 100kg+ stripped marlin inside the bay! With 15kg line and no trace we managed to keep it on for 1 hour 40min before it busted off. What an amazing experience, I can't wait to get back there with better tackle.

I have been hiring boab boats for a few years now and I think I am up to about 38 hires. Needless to say I am very pleased with the boab set-up. This is the only boat hire company I know of that hires fully capable fishing, ski or cruising boats. As a keen fisherman I always dreamed of having the use of a fully customised fishing boat and that would have remained a dream if I did not find Boab. Now I have the use of an $80000 fishing MACHINE that is very cost effective once shared among a few people. The whole boating experience is just fantastic and made better by two of the nicest people you will ever meet, Scott and Sandra. The level of service is next to none and I look forward to catching up with Scott and Sandra as much as I look forward to spending a day on beautiful Jervis Bay! My wife and I had a short holiday planned to Jervis Bay over the Christmas break. We booked a days hire with Boab Boat Hire for Christmas Eve planning to do some fishing and sight seeing around Jervis Bay. Unfortunately due to a sudden, life threatening illness in the family we had to cancel our booking.
Scott at Boab Boat Hire, Jervis Bay showed great understanding of our situation and offered to transfer our deposit to another day. Under the circumstances we were unable to commit to a date and he refunded our deposit.
It was wonderful to receive such understanding.
We will reschedule our trip to Jervis Bay sometime this year and we will go back to Boab Boat Hire.

Thanks for a great day. We met the team at the Port Kembla ramp in the morning and after a bit of a brush up on the do's and don'ts we were on the water for a pleasant day out. Only a small catch but enough for a feed. The team from Wollongong launched and retrieved the boat for us - which took away any stress. I will definately look at hiring that boat again. Plenty of room on the Centre Cab, sturdy and drives well in chop. Cheers! See you soon.
